Reimagining the Burger Experience
Bin 4 began in 2011 when three friends—and serious burger lovers—set out to reimagine the classic burger joint. Their vision? A place where the beloved burger could shine, elevated with gourmet ingredients and bold flavours. When Sarah and Dan Blackmore and Michael Ringland opened the doors on Yates Street, they weren’t just serving burgers, they were creating something for everyone. With seven locations and over 15 burgers on the menu, Bin 4 continues to celebrate the burger in all its forms.

Not Your Average Bite
Serving up gourmet burgers, our plates feature international flavours and local ingredients. From our Greek Isles-inspired burger to the red-hot spiciness of The Angry Bull, there’s a burger for your palate and your wallet.
Top it off with house-made aioli, side it with artisan salad or house fries, and wash it down with a local libation, from craft beer to cab merlot. We love burgers, and we’re equally passionate about what goes in, on, beside, and down with them.

Sourcing Local Ingredients
We like to incorporate ingredients from close to home, whether it’s free-run chicken, natural beef or fresh, seasonal fruits and veggies.
Putting People First
We create a welcoming, friendly vibe. Whether you’re here for great burgers or a positive work environment, you’ll always want to come back.
Supporting Our Community
Each month, a team member selects a charity and we proudly donate a portion of our proceeds to support local causes.

Burger Benefit August 2025
Every month, the Burger Benefit donates $1000 to a local organization, fundraiser, or community initiative chosen by our team. It’s one of many ways we give back to the communities that have been there for us since day one.
This month, we’re proud to support Women In Need (WIN), a local organization that empowers women, trans, non-binary, and Two Spirit individuals in our community. Through their programs and social enterprises, WIN provides support for those facing poverty, violence, and other life challenges—helping them move forward with strength, stability, and self-sufficiency. Visit their website to learn more or to donate.
